What is the date and time of the event?

The 2017 Cloverfest Craft Beer and Wine Festival is being held on Saturday, October 14, from 4:00 PM to 9:00PM.

Where is the event taking place?

The 2017 Cloverfest Craft Beer and Wine Festival will be taking place in the Cloverdale Fairgrounds, in the Shannon Hall on 6050 176th Street, Surrey BC. The Shannon Hall is near the corner of 176th & 60th, right next to the Truck Museum, in the same parking lot as the Flea Market and Kidswap.

How old do you have to be to attend?

This event permits attendants over the age of 19. No minors are permitted at the event (please note this includes babies and infants). Two (2) pieces of government issued ID will be requested of guests who appear to be under the age of 30.

Please note, if any guests arrive at the festival intoxicated, they will not be allowed entry, and their ticket will be cancelled.

Where do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online via this website and are available now. If you require assistance or are unable to purchase the tickets online, please email info@cloverdalechamber.ca and we are happy to assist you.

Can I cancel and get a refund for my ticket?

The 2017 Cloverfest Craft Beer & Wine Festival is a fundraising event. Refunds will not be available, but tickets are transferable. Please contact info@cloverdalechamber.ca to change the name on the ticket.

How does the ticket system work?

Purchase your ticket online and follow the directions for payment, etc. Our tickets are managed by Eventbrite, which will provide an electronic ticket once payment is complete. Please bring your ticket to the event as a printed, hard copy, or display on your mobile device.

What does my ticket price include?

Regular admission ($25) includes: admission, two tasting tokens, a sample cup, and live music. VIP admission ($50) includes: admission, four tasting tokens, a sample cup, complimentary food, VIP line access, VIP seating area, and live music.

What does a token get me?

Tokens are used to receive drink and food samples at the event. Drink samples will be approximately 2oz – 5oz each, depending on the vendor. Additional tasting tokens are available for purchase for $1.50 each. Regular entry includes two tasting tokens. VIP entry includes four tasting tokens.

Cloverfest is a fundraising event for the Cloverdale District Chamber of Commerce, and the Cloverdale Rotary.
